That's not quite accurate, as is tradition, Bam.
They ordered a stay of an injunction issued by a lower court. They did not rule on the merits of that case. They only gave some deference to the administration to resume third-party country deportations.
If the current litigation deems the deportations illegal, the stay would be void. It will likely take years for the case to play out.

Deportations matter. And SCOTUS gave Trump a green light. You’re on the wrong side of history, as is tradition.

Deportations do matter. That's why we have to do them right.
Rule of law and all. Even noncitizens have rights when they're here. Legally AND illegally.
If you view wanting to ensure that the rules are followed as being on the wrong side of history, that's a you thing.

Homan and Miller did. They know they're behind bigly to hit the stated goal. No participation trophies on this one. They have to deport a million in year 1 to keep the promise.
