ID
if a provider asked for my ID before I could see them. With all my address and personal numbers and address redacted. (Only photo and name left) if there was a bust, could it come back and bite me. I provided it last year and have used the agency a few times. Nothing has happened, just curious.

I don't know for sure. But I suspect it does not protect you very much. I would not give it, personally. Never have, never will.

One of the main purposes of ECCIE, and the old ASPD, (I go back that far), was total anonymity. .
In other words, you are not suppose to know the civilian information on any provider and she is not suppose to know the civilian information on the client.
PERIOD.

The only time I have provided ID to transact a session was when I was getting the motel room for 2-3 hours. And I am real certain they won't just hand it over to the cops on a whim. Reason I believe that is the last thing they want is the cops checking THEM out for allowing such activities to happen.
And renting the room for 2-3 hours is not against the law
