I don't see how you'd ever enforce the exclusivity. You would be "taking her word for it." Unless you were keeping constant tabs on her, it would all be speculating on an act of good faith. But, maybe some are available for 8K per moth. Not my thing... being required to constantly pay a specific amount each month feels more like the trap of marriage to me
I don't prefer to sign contracts unless they are in my favor.
