Deceptive ad

Hi mods. I realize you guys are not directly responsible for this, but please pass on to the people who run the site that the banner ad that says “switch to portrait mode” is really deceptive. It fooled me and I actually clicked on it, which I never do. Who knows what viral trash is now on my phone. Obviously it’s fine having ads related to the theme of this site. But this is just wrong. Thanks for listening.

What happened when you clicked on it? I've been clicking to make it disappear and unfreeze the screen for scrolling up and down. Wish it would go away, it's annoying af. I don't think it's an ad either.

I’ve tried that too. Another pop up ad, hot something or other froze my phone. Don’t click on it. Eccie should get rid of them.
