While the concept of the MRNa treatment sounds good on paper, there were solid reasons it had never made it out to the public in the previous ten years. Now, I'm no Doctor, but I know some Doctoring words like: All previous attempts with MRNa concoctions resulted in excessive deaths. Which sounds like a bad thing to me.
We are having to remake much of our economy, because Old Puddin Head, shut purt near all of it down. Not to mention all of the fraud and grift they shelled out in the aftermath.

Moderna was formed in 2010. The first time the M-RNA concept could be used to produced an antibody (Imunoglobulin) was in 2019. The FDA approved the clinical trials for the two shot vaccine for SARS_CoV2 virus in March 2020. In Dec 2020 the FDA approved the Emergency use of the 2 shot vaccine for the public.
From the link:
The first mRNA vaccine developed by Moderna was for influenza in 2015, and its first antibody encoded by mRNA was in 2019.[4]
What treatments are you referring to that were not implemented for the past ten years. Moderna did not get started until 2010.
The Wiki gives a good history of the Moderna's product development.

Exactly. It cannot be disputed that most of the people that died from or with SARS_Co2 virus infection WERE NOT vaccinated.
The number of breakthrough deaths (A person that is fully vaccinated, 2 shot Moderna/Pfizer vaccine or 1 shot J&J) gets infected with SARS_CoV2 virus and dies, was a very small number relative to the total number of people in the USA that were fully vaccinated.
Note: You were not considered fully vaccinated if you only got the first shot of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.

Way to shovel it, WYID. You threatened to do it and you kept your promise.
Now you’re just painting yourself into a corner.
Horse manure.

Three Million Lives and $1.15 Trillion Saved in the USA by COVID Vaccines, just through November, 2022!!!
https://www.medschool.umaryland.edu/...sis-finds.html
I suspect Ms. Fitzpatrick and her colleagues may have come up with a high side estimate, as to lives and dollars saved. Nevertheless Operation Warp Speed and approval of the vaccines in record time were great accomplishments of the first Trump administration.

Some of you old timers need to learn how to worry about today and tomorrow and stop worrying about shit that happened years ago. Living in the past is a waste of fucking time unless you are playing Marty (Michael J. Fox) with a Delorean in a movie.
On a lighter note, damn that Knicks game was a stinker. I'm now ashamed that I blew off my family duties to watch it. Haha

Gentlemen, Respectfully, Texassapper's thread has gotten over 500 views and 34 replies in 39 hours. Some board members are interested in this. And it's highly relevant to current politics. Just look at what RFK Jr's doing. Apparently, we're not going to have an updated COVID booster, or perhaps even an updated flu shot, because of the political fallout from this! And that would break my heart!
In any event, if some of us want to discuss the 1948 Senate election in Texas, we should be free to do so. If you want to post about the Knicks game, which I have "0" interest in, you should be able to do so as well, although site management would probably prefer that happen in the Sandbox. You don't have to read threads that don't interest you.
And yes, it's possible the political forum may (or may not) be God's Waiting Room for Old Hobbyists Who Can't Get It Up Anymore. But there's no need to continually draw attention to that.

And if I want to discuss the Lincoln Douglas debates, would you be okay with that Chiquito? Would the board?

Absolutely, I would! I'm pretty ignorant on that subject but would like to know more. Better move that to another thread though or we shall suffer the wrath of Biomed!
I can't view your video links right now btw, as the bastards at YouTube locked me out of their site.

How many times as Biden Vaxed, and how many times did he test positive for COVID.??
I suppose this is anecdotal proof that COVID Shot brings on stupidity and senility

I'm sure I could make them relevant, but right now I'm enjoying a beautiful "fuck your mothers" day.
As long as there's interest, we could make past politics relevant today.

You’re right it’s gotten lots of views and posts. Some of those posts and views are dismissive of the topic based upon its perceived relevance. I don’t think that is necessarily wrong.
However because you asked politely I’ll leave it alone.
Good Luck. I hope you have the patience and stamina to deal with the crazy quotient that this topic will generate.

The entire Covid thing might go down as one of the biggest, and most preventable calamities to ever hit.
How do as it preventable. Just keep people like Fauchi and his Chico’s
buddies from fucking around trying to “enhance” crap that can kill you.
That sorry little bastard should be in Leavenworth. But the Auto Pen did it’s job.

The minute quack doctors and social media scientists started ranting about excess CO2 levels and other health risks associated with wearing masks in response to Covid concerns we could see that this was going to be a shitshow.
For those who let their political agenda dictate medical treatments I say good luck to ya!
Never had a Dem or Republican elected official demonstrate any ability to manage my health care process.
