Did you tell them a girl and a time and a duration? If you just ask random questions they'll probably just send you address or name of website. Other than that it's the usual process with asking if a girl @ X time is okay, them saying okay, and then you confirming. Text when you're there, etc.

I did, I asked for a specific girl for an amount of time and they just sent me the address, not saying if the girl was available and what time
