depending on where you are, panera is pretty good (salads, chicken noodle soup, whole wheat bread).


for sit-down yummy stuff, casa vieja at belt line & josey.

smoothie made w/ tillamook ice cream, chobani black cherry yogurt, blue diamond almond milk, banana, blackberries, and a shot of amaretto. yum yum yummmmmmmm!

Salad and go surprises me with low costs and damn good food.

Perhaps go to the deli or bar at a Whole Foods, Central Market, etc...make a few plates and put them in the fridge.
