Some prices may come down due to the created slow down of the economy.
Some prices may go up due to the litany of tariffs.


Powell has to balance the uncertainty. If tariffs are not seen as a "one time jolt", it can
lead to inflationary expectations. Likely there is not enough data yet to consider a lowering
of interest rates, as Trump is demanding.


With his endless name calling and Truth Social ranting, there is no need to use a title when referring to Trump. His Easter rant even disturbed some MAGAs.
