"Buy the dip" is advice as basic As "buy low, sell high". No secret trading tricks or subtle technical indicators here.

Narly anybody with a 401(k) can do this stuff. I bought-in the day before, feeling the markets might drop some more, but that there was a bottom somewhere close.

Publishing a suggestion on social media is not a dog whistle or code-talk to only those in the know. It is shouting with a megphone.
