How can anyone with a conscience oppose Musk. All those billions of dollars that could build homes for the homeless, find the cure for cancer, educate children, fix the highways and streets, and make the country safer. For some, they prefer the money be flushed down the shitter.

You must think that Musk is the devil. I also am pretty sure that you really want to know what his legal obligations. Musk does not fire people. He recommends and the Department secretary enacts those firings...all legal.
