We cannot talk about the most important topic because of ECCIE rules. So many "trans" people suffer from other mental illnesses including "minor person attraction". Its a shame that we can't go further.

People born with two X chromosomes are female.

People born with one X and one Y chromosome are male.

There are a few, a very few, people born with multiple x and Y chromosomes in several permutations. They are genetically unfortunate mutations.
