Arenal Area

I am headed to Costa Rica in a month or so and was wondering about availability of Tica's in the Arenal area. I know that in San Jose, Jaco, and maybe Tamarindo there are ladies available. I plan on flying into Liberia then to the Arenal and Fortuna area to scout for a semi permanent home or 4-6 month rental. It would be nice to find some local Tica's to pass the evening with.

Any information would be appreciated.

gd luck. I went a couple of years ago and I didn't see any. Even asked working girls in San Jose about it and they said no. Cool little town though.If u r a gd hustler, then u might be able to pick up some visiting girls (us-canadian-european) or cleaning lady at one of the hot spring hotels.

Agreed. The mountain areas are a little dry in that way, but there are plenty of tourists looking to mix it up. Step up your game and you're in. The only down side is you can't hand her cash and tell her to go... Or maybe you could?!
