When that big metal door clangs shut that's when the tire meets the road. Until that happens, I wouldn't go around calling him a convicted felon, because he's actually the big fish that got away, lol.

Maybe the title should read “The current administration (Biden & Harris) and democrats in general are so bad, the citizen of the United States decided a supposed “felon” was the best choice to lead the country out of Democrat chaos”

In dems mind, everyone that ain’t dem is a felon.
In conclusion, acknowledging and addressing miscarriages of justice is paramount for the integrity of our legal system. This process necessitates the presence of conscientious legal representation, a commitment exemplified by the dedicated Republican attorneys. Their unwavering dedication to justice highlights the essential role that legal professionals play in rectifying injustices and safeguarding the rights of individuals. It is crucial for us as a society to remain vigilant and well-informed about these matters. Moreover, active support for legal reforms and voting out liberal, corrupt, D DAs and judges is imperative in ensuring that the principles of fairness and justice are upheld in our legal system.
^ whoops I wrote D twice up there

I'm right here.
Let me correct a few of your out and out lies.

I never said this or implied it. What I said was, in response to a WK post: You don't know anything about New York law or any law.:
No mention that I alone understand NY laws. It's obvious you don't.

Apparently most of what I said. You are full of shit. You are having problems with words most people learned long ago. Like "insist". You show your lack of character and lack of reading comprehension with every lie you tell.

|
All you had to was read the indictment. I know you don't like to read long articles but you shouldn't wear your ignorance like a badge of honor.
Here is a snippet for you.
By this indictment, accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows:The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017,with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission there of, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an invoice from Michael Cohen dated February 14, 2017, marked as a record of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization.
Did you notice the statue number in bold? That is the same charge number for all 34 counts. That is the first count.

You call him a felon, yet I'm not even past the misdemeanor stage.
I can't figure out exactly what "it" is that he was accused of and convicted for. Of course you can't. All you had to do was read the indictment. No big deal, It has a lot of big words though.
I have no problem letting every voter decide whether fucking a porn star while your wife is sitting back home preggo makes you unfit for elective office. That's a question to be answered at the ballot box, not in a courtroom.
IMO it makes trump a cad, but not a felon.
Now go ahead and try to convince me otherwise.
|
Convince you? Why would I try to convince you? You're entitled to your own opinion. Just another example of you presenting opinion as fact. We're used to you doing that.

You keep saying that. That's one of the few things you say that I believe (although you lie about so many other things).
Like I've said many times, all you had to do was read the indictment

You gotta love people who quote themselves. Especially ones who pretend they know what they're talking about. I like you just the way you are. Stupid.

Trumpy was found guilty of a misdemeanor that no one here can explain. Something about falsifying business records because he paid his lawyer to obtain NDAs. Then somehow through the magical legal alchemy of Alvin Bragg and Juan Merchan, this alleged misdemeanor was transformed into a felony. No one here can explain that either. Meanwhile, the trump haters keep bleating about his being convicted of "34 felonies" because he happened to pay his lawyer in 34 instalments lol.
Now we learn the sentence or punishment meted out by Judge Merchan for this vague, arbitrary, non-specific, indecipherable, misdemeanor-masquerading-as-a-felony "crime" is... wait for it... (drumroll) ... UNCONDITIONAL DISCHARGE!
That's it? No jail time. No probation. No community service. No fine. No wrist slap. No nothing.
Anyone care to explain that?Explain something to you? No thanks.
Sounds more like UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER by Judge Merchan, if you ask me.
|
Why would I ask you anything?
Your ignorance is legendary.
If the OP is such an expert, why won't he come back and explain to the rest of us legal ignoramuses exactly what felonious crime trump was "convicted" of?
|
Your words, not mine. I can see where you would think that way but I would not consider using you as any kind of reference.
Like I've said many times before, your hubris is large as it comes.
"Prosecutions
The offense of falsifying business records is commonly prosecuted in New York, and it is a frequent part of white-collar crime prosecutions brought by district attorneys' offices.[3][1] For example, the Manhattan district attorney's office, from January 2022 through April 2023, brought 117 felony counts of falsifying business records against 29 defendants (some individuals, and others companies).[7] It is sometimes prosecuted in conjunction with separate crimes, such as petit or grand larceny, offering a false instrument, money laundering, or insurance fraud.[1] The crime occurs in different factual contexts: for example, defendants have been prosecuted for falsifying business records as part of a scheme to steal from a company; as part of scheme to fail to report income (and thus evade taxes); for creating or filing fraudulent certificates of liability insurance as part of a wider fraud scheme; or for creating false applications for benefits.[1]"

Nobody believes that horseshit, or cares. All that work and money just to apply the label and still getting crushed in the election must be disheartening.

What? More voted for Trump than Camela 49.9% to 48.4% winning the electoral and popular votes.
So what. 49.9 still more than anyone else got, not sure what your point is other than trolling and playing semantic games.
Even if he lost the popular vote - Still your president. Even if he won the electoral college vote by only 1 vote or 100. Still your President.
All these left lunatics want to dismiss the electoral college because it didn't go their way. Most STFU after also losing the popular vote. Now it's not a "majority over 50%" Give me a break.
And... Still your President.
