Trump voters clearly wanted more unaffordable groceries and gas. If Trump maintains these tariffs (I suspect he’ll withdraw them and lie about all the confessions he got in return), the level of pain that people will start feeling could get very bad. If they think groceries are expensive now, wait until gas prices spike another dollar and the cost of daily used goods and food increases. We have a debt based economic system. It wouldn't have mattered who won the 2024 election. Things would have been much worse had Kamala won in my opinion. Nobody can undo what's already been done in the past because too many trillions have been borrowed and printed just since the year 2000. The American poor and middle class are just being cucked between voting Democrat or Republican with no real change at hand. When will the American people wake up and realize that voting Democrat or Republican isn't working?

If you could post an index of prices of all consumer goods in your local store, i'm sure others here would like to know and have a link to it. They'll get a big swing in business if they are crushing the CPI numbers.
