I didn't mean to sound dismissive. The validity of a 1 review wonder has me question motives of the review. I'm sorry you also have had similar issues. But I also am sharing that I have not had this experience with Alexa... as recently as this past weekend I had a mind blowing encounter. Ymmv with any provider and I'm sorry to hear about your loss.
