Full screening required. I had to provide my ID, and she wanted a reference as well. Personally, I am fine providing an ID. I've never had an issue, and have never heard of any instance of someone's personal information being used against them. I almost kind of prefer it, if they don't ask for ID then I wonder if I'm getting scammed or something will happen to me when I show up.
