Could it be that another than L0 can get them shut down? Some places that provide L0 are very aware of reviews on ECCIE…at times being total BS.

Look RL, it seems like you've been. YMMV, names are not all that helpful with any subamp. It's a different situation then AMPs.
I was able to go recently: way too many interruptions, great deep tissue massage, expensive.
