It took Reagan and Bush 12 years to quadruple it. Including the savings and loan crises, the black Monday 1987 Market crash, the Friday the 13th 1989 mini market crash and the 1992 recession!
Then came Clinton. A man who added 1.2 trillion to the national debt in 8 years and left the country with a budget surplus.
Of course another Republican comes along, one who lost the popular vote 8 might add, and of course everything goes to shit again!
By 9/10/2001 Donald Rumsfeld announces the loss of 2.3 trillion dollars in American transactions! Less then 24 hours later planes crash into the twin Towers and the Pentagon due to ignored intelligence.
This then of course leads to the post 9/11 economic crisis, GWB failed steel tariffs (taking after Reagan's failed steel policies) and later to the 2007/08 Housing/financial industry collapse.
401ks lost up to 80% of their value, millions of Sr citizens lost their pensions and life savings, a total of 2 trillion dollars in American transactions wealth lost, 50 million people lost their homes and 80 sovereign nations fall into economic dispair!
The national debt DOUBLED during the GWB administration and the country was left in economic shambles!
Obama gets elected! It takes 4 years and 5 trillion dollars to stabilize the economy both here and globally!
In his 2nd term unemployment dropped by almost 70%, inflation was at a record low, illegal immigration declined from its 2007 peak to the lowest in decades and the economy is stable!
Donald Traitor Chump, 9 time bankrupt businessman, and 6 time convicted of fraud comes along!
What does he do? Tax cuts for wealth corporations and the top 10% of Americans!
I guess Corperations who's profits had increased by 1500-3000% over the previous 20 years needed more breaks and hand outs!
This of course has dire consequences like every other time trickle down economics/Horse and Sparrow economics has been implemented since the 1920's.
Over the next 4 years 12 US Petroleum refineries shut down operations. The US agricultural industry loses 25% of their annual revenue, the US steel industry loses up to 33% of their annual revenue and the US transportation industry suffers massive issues in 2019!
Let's not forget the FACT Illegal immigration after declining for 8 str8 years begins to trend up again! From year end 2017 to year end 2019 illegal immigration more then DOUBLES! 1,875,841 Migrants come to the Southern border in 2019. This doesn't include the "Got aways" the true beginning of the border crisis!
Then 2020 comes along and we all saw how well that worked out. 22 million jobs lost, 800,000 businesses closed, unemployment hits 14.7%,black unemployment hits 16.8%, and US oil falls to $-37 a barrel! Not to mention the eviction crisis and the USA ranking #1 in Covid deaths, cases and transmission globally!
2020 ended as the worst economic year in US history and the nation Debt had increased by 39% in just 4 short years!
Biden inherited a country in the midst of a economic recession, a global pandemic, a global supply chain shortage, global oil shortage, an. Eviction crisis, a labor shortage due to millions of part time workers being handed $2400 a month by the Trump administration, a border crisis and the largest separation of wealth in 100 years!
That's a hell of a lot for any president to inherit!
No other president in US history has every inherited so many issues!
Some how and it's absolutely mind-blowing, Biden resolved the global supply chain shortage, the global Oil shortage, the global inflation crisis, and led America to the best pandemic recovery of any country in the world!
Unemployment has been below 4% for the longest period of time since Vietnam. Inflation is down to 3.1%, the stock market has set several record closes, the S&P 500 has record several record weeks, companies like Nvidia, Super micro computers, Consol Energy, AMD and many others stocks skyrocket after the Chips and science act is signed.
A total of 14.8 million jobs were added, doubling even Trump's best months and wages for the bottom 40% have increased for the first time in years!
I can't leave the house without the roads and stores being packed everywhere! Even fast food places and pizza shops have huge lines. People are spending money at a record high on NON NECESSITIES!
My personal financials have done extremely well. Between the CDs, Baird accounts and Merrill Lynch accounts I'm making over $60,000 a year!
Now back to the whole election issue!

5 times in the history of the USA has a presidential candidate lost the popular vote yet won the election!
It's happened 4 times since the beginning of the two party Democrat/Republican system.
In ALL 4 occasions it was a Republican candidate who lost the popular vote yet won the Electoral college!! Twice in the last 25 years. GWB and Donald Traitor Trump!
Between those two president the US national debt doubled and increased by 39% . Both of those administrations inherited a healthy stable economy!

Here in Pennsylvania Republicans have controlled the state Senate 29 of 31 years and the state house 24 of last 31 years. Republicans controlled all 3 branches 14 of the last 31 years. Democrats 1 of the last 31 years!
So if you have issues with how the state has been run, be sure to contact you full time state legislature that's been controlled by the Republicans for the majority of the past 31 years!
