Based on what? The appeal process doesn't just get a do-over cause you lose. There has to be grounds for appeal. What exactly do you feel was done in error?

Start with a corrupt biased judge who made extremely questionable rulings

Add in the conflict of interest between the judge and Carroll's lawyer that was never disclosed

The fact that the judge did not let most of Trump's witnesses testify

The wrongful dismissal by the biased liberal judge of a defamation counterclaim against Carroll

The judge's decision to disallow certain lines of defense

First amendment rights to defend yourself when someone falsely claims you raped them and you deny said claim. Or when you call her story a “complete con job” and that she “is not my type.”
