In this day and age of the me-to movement and females going after men for “inappropriate” acts from years and years ago, why haven’t any more of these “victims” come out like they have done prior??
IMHO, most of the people on the list (wherever this mystery list is) are 100% innocent. Again, clouding the issue so finding the guilty scum that are guilty becomes more difficult.
Personally, I wouldn’t be shocked if Bill was guilty, wouldn’t be the first time his dick got him in trouble.

I don't know the specifics, but I find it very likely that any of these female victims might not had been from America. If you are in a first world country, with a good social safety net, then you could go to authorities. If you didn't have a social safety net, you might be more susceptible to blackmail - which they obviously would had been doing.
