It definitely depends in what you are wanting and my experience maybe different but with that being said and my experience seeing both I’ll say this.
Cindy is better eye candy, a better bj and best tuma experience around right now. Cindy body looks very similar to Asa (the porn star and others have confirmed) along with others rating her head game to be very good as well. She did a sloppy and downright amazing thing with her tongue and she loves looking up at you as well. The tuma is also elite, and she something she seems to enjoy giving, she did it to me for what seemed to be 15-20 minutes. Amber I do not recall doing tuma and seemed to do an avg head, as I do not recall any outstanding skills from her. Amber also looked much different (to me heavily edited pics then short blonde hair, opposite of photos. Also Cindy to me has way better headlights.
Amber is a pure sex kitten that will let you slide it in at any.time and angle/position. I didn’t get much FS with Cindy but she also did way more head and tuma which may differ for you and with the extended head/tuma not much was left for other stuff.
With that being said, 2 of the 3 items you asked for, Cindy was great at.. TUMA and DTBJ, and the PSE varies in terms of what you mean.. pse if you are just lookin for a chick you can do anything to and where you want then Amber but again ymmv with Cindy. Also, Cindy when I saw her said she was only doing 2 weeks here, she is finishing week one now, so he maybe gone soon. Both had downsides for me Cindy lack of FS but way more head/Tuma than I had expected and Amber lack of anything besides FS and looked very different to me from pics while Cindy exceeded the look’s category.
So to answer, I would lean Cindy personally.
