Best talent discovery ways today?

I'm seeing slim pickings of quality on this site compared to 5-10 years ago, when we had fresh young talent coming through weekly, we all took it for granted thinking they'll be more popping up in the next few days

Things have changed now, only the lifers stuck around and we're being offered less for more $ with ridiculous requirements such as deposits and/or ID verification, I'm seeing a lot of encounter reports coming from other avenues

What's your favorite site or way to discover talent these days? Please share why you like the site/way you're suggestion.

I hate to say it but Fort Worth is pretty well nothing but girls who not only don't take any pride in their work but somehow think they are already so good at what they do there is no need to put in any effort. The reality is, for the most part, they are just skanks that I have to have earplugs in and take off my glasses before they open the door for and have less skills than my first girlfriend. I get more satisfaction from a hand job at a massage parlor now than I do any of the girls I've met in the past 2 years. That being said Tryst is about the best I have seen.
