What portions of the current voting setups do you like? Those would be the baby you wouldn't want to throw out with the bathwater. From there we see where there's common ground and take a look at exceptions and their potential accommodations.
If we focus exclusively on what we don't like, we don't take an opportunity to listen to the other side of the convo or understand what level we're actually aligned on, we're just airing grievances and potentially making major erroneous assumptions.
