Have NEVER payed a monthly fee so? I think the gents point is that it's pretty much useless reviewing someone that has NO contact info, no track record and is not verifyable. I mean how does this advance anyones chances of meeting someone they can't possibly reach?

How would there be no trace of the contact you made? You had to have texted her, called her, emailed her, sent her a message through some medium and she had to have responded, so that her contact information would be in your reach.
