I was thinking my rats are part of staff there. Same as it was when place had no booze.

I'm thinking let em read. In hope place moves west a bit. As its hard to visit the place to prebook takeout. Or both the club and the bar next door need staff outside in front and for sure in back. Who wants to stop in to get mugged, carjacked, or duck stray bullets from that 3rd bar to the east.

I bought 3 houses in cash. I don't see your point. No questions were asked. You just say on your offer "I'm not seeking financing" and 9 times out of 10 you get it. I also say I'm waving inspection and have never been turned down.

I can definitely understand the need to accumulate prebookings before scheduling a trip as travel isn't free. Hotel/Airbnb/car rental/food/flights isn't cheap. It doesn't make sense to spend all that money just to not make any back in return.

But for me personally, I just love to travel. Seeing new things new people new setting is relaxing to me.
Prebookings or not I'm still coming lol.
