As Sen. Graham repeatedly pointed out quoting what Congress passed, the discretion belongs to the agency, not the judge, but KJB found one anyway. That is why he is so upset with her.
And the fact that the judge doesn't know the meaning of the word woman. She says she is not a biologist so she has no idea what a woman is. That's enough to keep her off the bench as far as I'm concerned.

Total bullshit. You will literally parrot anything no matter how nonsensical. If Graham was actually upset he would have made it an issue 2 years ago when she was moved to the circuit court and he voted for her. You used to have a tiny bit of credibility but now you have none.
