They do. I'm opposite of you, always go in the day which they usually slow.
Saw a girl in HK when they just opened. She was nice and sexy but wasn't my type so I was willing to walk away. At the end she said she liked me. I'm not sure if it was my dead president friends (paid regular uninflated last decade price ) or my rotund body or the sign "EZ Money" on my forehead but she said it.
Saw her again at Summer paid the same couple weeks ago no haggle

The thing is she wasn't watching the clock and was very accommodated may be they're really slow? Toward the end of the session she smiled " See, I remembered you from HK..."
I double check the sign on my forehead ....
They do rotate and the same talent during the day but much more reasonable when they're slow.
