Fact of the matter is that it doesn’t/didn’t matter who is/was running a country, they’re not going to stop a virus. According to the study Johns Hopkins just put out, every government on earth (save Sweden maybe) fucked up, and their draconian measures achieved exactly nothing, except destroying the world economy.

Quit relying on government to solve your problems. They can’t, and wouldn’t if they could, and don’t particularly give AF if you live or die unless it makes themselves look good or the other guy look bad.

When you become a net exporter of energy, meaning you have more than enough for your own needs, you are by definition, energy independent.
