Trump signed an executive order to make Medicare only charge the lowest rate for any drug that could be purchased anywhere.if it was normally 200 dollars here but only cost 1 dollar in germany, medicare could only charge a dollar. He wanted medicare to get competitive pricing unlike what they do now
