That doesn't explain why a FULLY tested mRNA shot needs to exclude the MFG from liability. I mean it's been FULLY tested right? if it's fully tested, then the liability would be no different than if it went through the standard 10-15 year testing protocols..

The simple fact is you're wrong. They haven't been through the same testing protocols... sure they had some condensed parallel track test processes, but there, by definition, CANNOT be long term effects testing.... hence the liability waver.

You can lie as much as you like... the EUA itself DEFINES the pfizer vaccine as "unapproved product".

It all starts with poor reading comprehension skill and preference to skip over content that doesn't give with the message one wants to hear and further broadcast. The highlighted sentence clearly says detection AND differentiation. The word differentiation is being ignored by the original poster and some subsequent posters. The test referenced tests for both covid and certain influenza viruses at the same time and reports as a positive or negative result for each of the viruses tested for SPECIFIC to the result for each virus in the test panel. This allows a patient to be tested for multiple virus with one nasal swab (if deemed appropriate by the ordering healthcare provider), as opposed to being stabbed multiple times.

This is not at all unusual in laboratory medicine. An example relevant to this board and the porn industry is STD panels. One swab yields highly reliable and specific results (at that point in time) for multiple dreaded diseases through PCR. That is technology at work...real Tech...not High Tech...don't obfuscate the terms.
