Thanks for sharing SJ's post. I never understood why ladies fail to post their rates on ads......just like SJ said, it creates confusion. I'm probably oversimplifying it, but if you're with a lady you have seen multiple times (or a studio you have been to multiple times) and trust has been established, why not wait until the end to produce the donation? Most of the AMP girls (and 100% of the AMP girls I have seen more than once), don't ask for the money at the beginning. I am sure I am being naive, but don't most busts occur at the beginning of an encounter, right? Would LE wait for the session to get over and then go for the bust? Only way it wouldn't work is if there were cameras in the room and neither party was working with LE......but for an hour, LE would just wonder if it's just a regular hookup and nothing illegal occurred. Like I said, I'm probably oversimplifying it, but I do think SJ makes a great point.

Honestly, aren't the servers for ECCIE moved to a non-U.S. Jurisdiction after FOSTA-SESTA passed? I'd be surprised if they were able to Subpoena more information than they can screen capture. Similarly, if you're using a burner email, make sure it's in a foreign jurisdiction. The main thing is that I'd now never give out my ECCIE handle for the screening process as felony sting op' would be terrible. This increases the risk, and likely will end the joy of the full service table shower storefront spa, but there will still be hobby options.

Moving to the server another country accomplishes nothing. Foreign subpoena’s are easy to obtain.

Making it a felony to simply offer to pay for sex is getting into 8th Amendment territory--cruel and unusual punishment. Maybe the right case will come along and this new law will be declared unconstitutional. A big maybe.
