nothing i wrote about the so-called ongoing investigation about Trump's properties is wrong. this tax issue is related to that in that they think he'll flip on Trump. i don't think there is anything to flip on for him in terms of the loans. again .. the bank controls who does the appraisal. Trump can get his own to challenge that but the bank determines what they think the property is worth thus how much they'll lend on it.



the only way you can make a case against Trump on the loans with the bank is prove Trump and the bank colluded to overvalue the property. the same goes for the property taxes. could Trump bribe someone in the tax assessor's office? sure! this is NYC after all! NY State is going to have to prove collusion with either the bank or the tax assessor's office or they have no case.

personal taxes is exactly what Weisselberg is being charged with. not reporting full income/compensation. as for Trump Org it's not an issue of corporate income taxes at all. it's payroll taxes. not a lawyer or a CPA but there may not be anything illegal on the part of the Trump Org here. if Weisselberg wanted some of his compensation in the form of perks rather than straight salary then the Trump Org didn't short the Gov on his payroll taxes. the only case to make is Weisselberg filing inaccurate tax returns.

They found two sets of books..one set documented how much and where money was paid out and wasn't supposed to ever see the light of day.The other set was changed and left out or changed many transactions to avoid taxes.It is called FRAUD.
