I believe that the questionnaire was for a prescription, not for the coupon. I should have been clearer

No Rex. My primary will write me one and send to whatever pharmacy I request. He is the one who told me it was cheapest at Costco...probably didn’t know about goodrx discount.

PT works, but ya if a guy has other serious physiology issues then maybe not so well. Can take both together, full dose of PT and 1/4 to 1/2 dose of ed med works good.
