Default 5 people were killed by Trump supporters!!!

So said every single pundit at CNN and MSNBC on every broadcast for weeks/ months.

Problem is, that's not true and to use another word, that's a lie, a lie perpetuated not by Trump or Trump supporters but by the people who hated Trump for telling and perpetuating lies. Ironic, huh?

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ck/7128040002/

Cause of death released for 4 of 5 people at Capitol riot – but not Officer Brian Sicknick

The District of Columbia medical examiner on Wednesday released the cause of death for four of the five people who died at the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, but results are still pending for Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick.

Dr. Francisco Diaz, the district's chief medical examiner, announced the causes of deaths as:
Ashli Babbitt, 35, died by homicide from a gunshot to the left shoulder. She was shot by a Capitol police officer while trying to climb through a door near the House chamber.

Kevin Greeson, 55, died of natural causes from cardiovascular disease. Greeson, of Athens, Alabama, had a Twitter account in which he supported former President Donald Trump and profanely denounced his opponents.

Benjamin Phillips, 50, died of natural causes from cardiovascular disease. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Phillips of Ringtown, Pennsylvania, was a computer programmer who founded a social media website for Trump supporters. He had organized a trip of several dozen people to the district.

Roseanne Boyland, 34, died by accident from acute amphetamine intoxication. Boyland, of Georgia, wanted to be a sobriety counselor and followed QAnon conspiracies, her family said.
Results typically come within 90 days of a death, but Sicknick’s death remains under investigation.

So, the only "possible" death caused by a Trump supporter supposedly, hasn't been determined yet? Why is that you ask? Maybe because they haven't figured out a way to tell the truth which "might" be that a Trump supporter didn't kill the cop and they can't have that!

I imagine the conversation would go something like this, "how are we going to explain this, that nobody died at the hands of a Trump supporter" if that turns out to be true. "We can't have that, we have to have at least one death by the hands of a Trump supporter.

And the one final determined homicide, was a "Trump supporter" and if the Capital cop that shot her was ever put on trial, do you think he would be accused of manslaughter if he wasn't in a "protected class". He killed an un-armed woman ( of the "right" color and party apparently). Was he in "eminent fear of death or bodily harm"? Had she broken through and was charging the police? Could he have used less deadly force? Was the force he used "excessive"? Would any reasonable cop had done the same thing?

So another lie by the left takes it's place in history, never to be challenged at CNN or MSNBC, never to admit or "clarify" that 5 people were not killed by Trump supporters but HEY! they will say, none of them would have died had Trump not called them to be there! Really? Two heart attacks and a drug overdose wouldn't have happened if those 3 people hadn't left home?

I'll revise this if or when we ever get a factual cause of death for the Capital Police officer.

The Capitol police officer was cremated days after his death. From what I recall he went back to his office, then back to his home and died. He was a Trump supporter.

when people die while in commission of a felony, its murder. I wouldn't expect any deplorable to know what the laws are in this country.

if i rob an old man and cause him to have a heart attack, im guilty of manslaughter as well as robbery.

your examples of cause of death don't rule out what the law determines it to be.

Are you saying the Capitol Cops should be held for manslaughter then since those two died? Or are you saying that If me and my partner are robbing an old man, and my partner dies of a heart attack, that I'm guilty of manslaughter?

She's a Trump supporter, so she doesn't count as a person to leftists.

Remember, the leftist pecking order is:

White Leftists <- Jews here when convenient
Small Dogs
Big Dogs
Cats
LGBT+
POC Leftists <- Jews here when convenient
The entire animal kingdom
Trees
Houseplants
POC with the wrong opinions
Republicans
Unborn Babies
Trump Supporters
Trump himself

Anything below houseplant can be killed at whim.

So if anybody died during the Portland riots, all the rioters are guilty of murder? When one person died after the protesters created "Chaz", all the people responsible for creating that area are guilty of felony murder?

I thing you have given a much broader interpretation of felony murder than what the law says and in the case of the Jan. 6th riot, the person who shot and killed a rioter, wasn't charged with anything. For your theory to hold any weight, one of the rioters would have to have killed somebody to make all other rioters accomplices to felony murder. Problem there is that no "cause of death" has ever been issued as to the death of the Capital Police Officer. Without that, there is no murder, (yet ) on the part of rioters.

The other deaths of heart attacks and drug overdose, wouldn't stand a chance of holding up to felony murder, hence no charges have been brought.
