If anything, he was way too soft on some of these people and issues. He should have brought in the actual Army against BLM and Antifa, and not rely on pandering and enabling Dem governors to call up the National Guard in their states. It's one thing to protest about civil rights violations...totally another thing to burn, loot, and murder while doing it.

Well, I definitely didn't like the riots, but I think he handled it correctly - This sort of stuff is the state's responsibility, and it's the state's job to ask the federal gov for help if they want it, otherwise it's all on the governor.

That of course becomes moot once they attacked federal property, then it's up the to the federal gov to protect its property.

If the US Army dropped in and started martial lawing the riots w/o Gov. Wheels' ask, I'd have showed up with a rifle and helped the protestors against a marauding federal government.

Ultimately, I think the real solution would have been some classic "Rooftop Korean" action:

The New York Times knew this but buried these details in their story—they didn’t talk about, however, how the CHEATING Democrats circumvented State Legislatures (approval is required by the U.S. Constitution) in Swing States to rig the 2020 Presidential Election, or how Democrats paid for votes in many Urban Centers, in a little thing called “walking around money,” how Democrats threatened Union Members with the loss of their jobs if they didn’t vote Democrat, massive Fake Mail-In Ballots, illegal immigrants and dead people who voted (for Dems), and much more. Our fundraising efforts, working together with the Republican party, were all done legally, and all with the goal of ensuring that my Administration could continue to Make America Great Again. Well, he's out on bail presently, and the prosecutor is spending more time attacking his attorneys because they know they have a flimsy case. I'm sure Kyle will walk, but his life won't go the direction he was hoping it would.

I feel the opposite. I think they overstated the charges and don't have shit that will stick meaningfully. Motherfuckers don't understand how the law works. I've practically written a dissertation on it on this board.
