Russia pipeline into Germany
A gas pipeline is being built from Russia to Germany. According to NATO security alliance, this should not done. This is a real problem with no easy solution. Politicians have been kicking this can down the road for a long time. Now the pipeline is almost complete.
Russia is still the focus of evil in the modern world. China is a close second.

Not new news. Trump was on the Germanys ass during his presidency over pipe line. We keep troops, a lot of them, in Germany to protect against a Russian attack, so the story goes. Obviously if Germany is willing to place their energy needs in the hands of Russia that threat no longer exist so bring the troops home. Trump suggested removing troops from Germany and they, Germany, went absolutely crazy. I really doubt ole joe will react to the pipe line. He is only interested in shutting down pipe lines in USA.

Everyone's pissed about Biden's inaction on it, mostly because the establishment moderates want to make Germany happy.
Thankfully our boy Teddy Cancun is on the case.

Only in the minds of Democrats. China is BY FAR the biggest threat we face both economically and militarily and anybody that doesn't understand that, has no business running America.
Russia is nothing more than a corner gas station with nuclear missiles that they can't use any more than we or China can.
Bottom line is that Trump, the Putin puppet according to the left, was trying everything he could to stop that pipeline and to stop Russia's economy from growing. You don't give Russia's enemy to the West, Ukraine, tank killing, Russian soldier killing Javelin missiles to be used against your master. It was preposterous then and preposterous now that Trump acted in any way favorable to Russia and against American interest.
By the end of this decade, China will be the world's number one power both economically and militarily. And like Khrushchev use to say about Russia, we will provide them ( China ) the rope with which they will hang us.

It is almost completed.
Let's not turn this into what we did to Japan in 1940.
Not that lustylad would understand what we did...

Ok, correction,
Yes, has been built (within a couple weeks).
So lets see,
Europe wants the gas (specifically Germany), Russia wants to sell it. So what's the issue?
Ukraine wants to strangle it.
I still don't get how the US gets to have an opinion.
Well fine, lets just pull troops from Germany.

And I thought that this would be about young Russian hotties heading to Deutschland to work at the FKK's... oh well, they are not open yet anyway due to Covid, right? And, even if they were open, I could not go there anytime soon due to Covid, right?

The issue is trying to explain to our ally where we have thousands of troops stationed to protect Germany from Russia BTW, is that they are getting in bed with, setting themselves up on dependence from Russia for something very vital that could be turned off by throwing a switch and plunging Germany into economic difficulty if not collapse.
Trump had already deciding to pull troops out of Germany and Biden shut that down.
We don't get a veto but we get to have an opinion on what a country we are giving aid to and supplying with our soldiers, as to what policies they might want to consider.
We have no business being in Germany any longer.

Maybe Biden will suggest Iran as an alternative fuel source
We should let the Germans reconstitute their military. Won't take them long to go get the fuel they want!

Seeing how the German government is acting these days, you're left to wonder which side won when the wall came down.
