while your list and rhetorical question is way out of line

it does remind me of the line in the movie, " quiz show", about the real scandal in the 50's

where herb stempel loses in a fixed contest to van doren and a resulting scandal ensues

stempel is being grilled about the scandal and, in defense, he says about the shows sponsor and its product, geritol, and its famous advertising claim

"so geritol cures iron poor blood, and I should be ashamed?"

just being a master Troll Baiter with the made up Bs and lies
typical radical marxist, racist DPST unable to see the FACTS because it is blinded by the marxist narrative of Comrade XiNN and the DPST's manipulative LSM.

It's hilarious how quickly the Dims and their paid media cohorts have switched from praising RBG to smearing the top contenders for her chair barely warm chair.
With the praise for St Ginsberg (I know she's Jewish) over the past two years you'd think there'd be wall to wall coverage. But no. Draw some type of comparisons to the women Trump is considering nominating to Stepford wives. Sickening. No low is low enough. Especially if it perserves the sacrament of abortion.

Appalling. And they call themselves "Feminists."

having a religious belief is ok unless you really have a belief

everything a leftist believes or feels or wants for themselves informs their decisions but its not to be so for a conservative

RGB... whats interesting about her was that she was not in favor of the roe vs wade abortion ruling for different reasons.
she says that the way the 1973 court which was an all male court went about the ruling the wrong way. she says it was akin to poking a hornets nest which resulted a decades long determined opposition to abortion.

she was attacked by the pro-choice groups for her stance. this group did not support her nomination.

it appears she wanted to "finesse" the approach to abortion ruling to make it palatable to the majority of the public.

Interesting that Nixon wanted to name the first female jurist to the supreme court and was dissuaded by a sitting justice who threatened to resign if he did so.

who would Nixon name to the bench in this period? I believe he named at least 2 or three justices to the bench.

i read a brief snippet in some article about her possible successors and laughed at the Stepford wives comparison too.

liberals always freak out when a conservative will be appointed to the court with that type of overreaction.

Funny how supposedly her last wish, which of course we are compelled to follow according to Democrats, was that this President not get to appoint her replacement when we have video evidence of RBG clearly saying it is the right of a sitting President to nominate at anytime he or she is still in office. She is also on record being completely against stacking the court but do Pelosi and Shumer care about those words from RBG? Hypocrites.

History and precedence shows that when a President and the Senate are of the same party, it is not considered divided government and in a majority of cases in the past were this was true, the President made the nomination and it passed.

If it wasn't for Harry Reid trying to be cute, Kavanaugh would most likely never have made it to the bench and this nomination would never make it past filibuster. Congrats Harry! You really screwed the pooch!
