I live near a university. I don't want rioters to swarm my house. If I defend myself I will go to jail. Nowadays rioters have the right to attack ad they please and defenders go to jail.

I do not put up political signs.

On my rides around town I have seen many signs on private property for local/state elections and for the House. Few for the Senate. Less for POTUS -- one for Trump and one for Biden.
