The pharmacy for burger and artisan charcuterie, laid back cool vibe.
Dino's before 10:30 good dive bar ask for hot fries.
Peg leg porker for some good bbq.
Cain prime high end chops..bad ass.$$$
Taco Mamacita...fun yuppie tacos
Cheekwood Mansion for good outdoor fun if its nice. Gardens and art but if you have a good partner with you can be a blast.
Float Nashville..sensory deprivation chambers cool as hell. There is a cool ropes course in franklin and there is canoeing on the Harpeth. Tootsie orchid lounge is over touristy but can be fun. I dunno, i feel its a really short list but hopefully it helps.

Pharmacy is way overrated, it's just where all the tourists go. Dino's is still closed because Nashville is still in Phase 2 of trying to re-open. Peg Leg Porker is fine, Shotgun Willie's BBQ is better. Kayne Prime is great (not Cain Prime. LOL), but i prefer Deacons New South for aged steaks. Mas Tacos Por Favor is way better than Taco Mamacita. Cheekwood is great, but you will need reservations (again because of pandemic restrictions). Definitely double check to see what's open and in what capacity - it seems to change weekly.
