No one is officially open yet. There's some talk of the State allowing salons, barbers, etc to open for one-on-one biz after Apr 27. But, won't know until then.
Call a few. Maybe, you'll get a backdoor appointment at one. But, you can bet some jerk will call the 'Thorities if they see you go in the front.
If you get lucky, keep it to yourself till the Stay-At-Home tyranny is over. If you post it on the open forum, the spa may not be there when you go back.

ironic that we started this year under the headline that Dallas was becoming a Murder Capitol. each News Broadcast in January made a point of stating how many murders Dallas had accumulated to date. now crime has almost disappeared, and the Cops have nothing to do but reach for the lowest-hanging fruit.

I mean hair salons, nail shops, tattoo parlors, liquor stores....all now or soon. But massages have to be soon right? Hopefully.
