Pygeum really works and I tend to believe it's the main factor. I'm not saying that the others don't assist with the total effect.

Pygeum and Plant Sterols are the two best natural substances for prostate health

Bee Pollen also has sterols

Saw Palmetto is not as good as 100% plant sterols
It has sterols but not enough

The celery juice is also excellent for prostate health

You have to be careful not overdoing it with Zinc
It can bind up copper and cause neurological problems
Always want to take extra copper at a different part of the day
if taking zinc

I stay away from supliment zinc for that reason
