My personal opinion is if a black guy is unhappy ladies have a NBA policy talk to your fellow brothers. How they have treated the ladies has established the pattern you are probably now paying for. Get your brothers to do right and eventually no lady will feel the need to have an NBA policy.

that is an academic argument, on a topic that may be decided on primal factors. some people think others behave a certain way because it is inherent to their racial make up. it could be age, sex, neighborhood, financial status.. many things that one may assume certain characteristics are held, due to a connection with a specific group (I think the academic literature calls these stereotypes).

The fact of the matter is though guys need to just stop trying to pick apart a ladies reason or logic or anything like that . Period. Stop trying to dig into something like that .
