Providers with their own place

why is it tough to find provider with their own apartment or house. I have been in the hotel business in KC and Wichita area and know all that goes on with the hobby and the hotel. Sometime we entertain friends and regulars but when LE steps in all bets are off as you don't want to lose the business or have your property name all over the news.

Looking for providers that operate from safe own place without nosey neighbors as I am not comfortable visiting the chain hotels

Probably because it would be easy for police to go after providers? Maybe? Possible? All it takes is one neighbor to run their mouth. I have visited a couple girls who worked out of their personal living places, but its not common and probably won't be common anytime soon.

Sadly, it's less safe to do so. I do know some companions who work out of their personal space, but there are so many factors to consider. Choosing an apartment that's in a multi-unit building with lots of foot traffic would be ideal so no one would notice or be able to pinpoint exactly how many people go into any apartment each month. Even if one is very low-volume, it's hard to entertain clients in a single family home where the entrance to the house is in plain sight for all the neighbors to see.

I do! Safe, private in call in OP. Been here for years no problem. Neighbors are gone all day. Not nosey. I am low volume

But back to the thread. Regardless of gal or guy I have seen each individuals having different viewpoints on security as that pertains to their personal residence. Frankly, there's only a few gal's that invite new dates to their place. On the other hand, long time friends apparently do visit each other at each others home frequently.

So for the OP, consider recurring dates with one of the gals to get to that level.

I have a private shag pad I live in and use for appts..in Springfield
I have to really double screen and double screen a guy if I am gonna have him in MY house....
(But I only see 3 guys a weeks time total and my house is one of the most discrete places in town...hell I can even jam my music up high and scream if I want to and nobody bothers me...lol)

But there is more chances of safety and discretion issues in a provider using her house as incall.

There are many providers in the metro area that provide from their homes. Personally, I am not a fan of hotels and an outcall to my place is not possible. I like the intimacy of being in someone's home and enjoying the more relaxed vibe there.

As far as risk, its equally risky for clients as who know what they are walking into. The first time at a providers pad is always a little scary/thrilling for me.
