No,of course not. You're a funny man. Brace yourself,Trump is in till 2024. And I'm never worried about my man Trump. He can take care of business without my interference. I know my limitations!

If I were you I’d be worried more about the Republican nominee. May not be Trump.
And then what circus would you join?

Biden is the safest choice, paired with a young VP candidate who would be in place to take the reins in 2024.

Why am I thinking of a pool full of sharks with labels on them. How many pieces will the Dem party fracture itself into?

Whatever one's feelings are about Beto O'Rourke the fact is that he is the one candidate on either side that has this special charisma and voter appeal surrounding him. His results in last year's Senate election point that out. In a state that Trump won by more than 9% in 2016 and where Cruz won by 16% in 2012, Cruz eked out a victory by 2.6% to O'Rourke, a man who was virtually unknown by most Texans a year prior to the election.
The guy is likeable. He inspires others. He is a tireless campaigner. I don't agree with all his political views and I think he needs to become more astute politically but I would advise others not to discount him in the future.

Senator Gillibrand
Former representative Robert O'Rourke
Former governor Hickenlooper
Governor Inslee
Senator Sanders
Senator Klobuchar
Senator Warren
Senator Booker
Senator Harris
Former mayor Castro
Representative Gabbard
Former representative Delaney
Author Marianne Williamson
Executive Yang
Maybe former VP Biden
Pick your top three choices. Any other possibilities?

None of these will take away votes from Trump. Everyone on this list is too close to the edge[some if not most already went over it] on the left to pull anyone from the middle or mid right side of the spectrum.
Even if a bona-fide 3rd party candidate makes it on the ballot, Trump could still come out with a 2020 win. However, unlike Bush v. Perot v. Clinton, where votes for Perot were seen as being taken from Bush's tally, I think a 3rd party candidate willget votes from both sides. The 3p candidate probably won't win but will make it a close election.

Beto will not make it through the primary as a top of the ticket contender. He'll drag down the primary winner if he accepted the botrim of the ticket after the primary.
He did well against Cruz but spent a metric fuck ton of cash to do it and everyone INCLUDING REPUBLICANS, hate Cruz.
Beto has a DWI and burglary charge in his past. He couldn't pass a background check to be a mall cop. He's not sitting in the oval office.

Hillary Clinton, with all her baggage, won the popular vote in 2016. Trump will never lose support from his base and on the other side there are those who will never vote for Trump. Were all the Democratic House candidates who won in 2018 close to the edge? I don't know. Republicans obviously lost support in 2018 among women and those living in suburbs, based on voting results. Trump will need those voters to come back to him in order to win in 2020.
Personally, I would hate to see a 3rd party candidate enter the 2020 race.

I'm betting that Beto has a glass jaw and can't take a punch. Kind of like losing a Golden Gloves bout and now you're facing Tyson in his prime.

They thought he was a conman and a crook and full of shit. He wasn't charged with any crime.
DWIs are particularly disqualifying on a moral basis.
MADD probably isn't going to give Beto their endorsement.

Very possibly. I believe he held his own in the debate against Cruz but he's in the big leagues now.
