It’s a combination of diet and exercise. You need to incorporate some abdominal/core exercises to help flatten and tone the abdominal area. Make sure you use several different exercises to hit all the muscles ( obliques, transverse abdominus, and rectus abdominus. Planks, laying leg lifts, 1/2 crunches, side crunches, bridges, are all good for a starting point. Good form is more important than the number of reps you can knock out
