I guess it is hard for guys like me to understand that this kind of slavery is better for some than what they were in before. "Last year" (when the mama-san sold her) would have been 2018. The Chinese guy smuggled her to America where she will "work for him" for 2 years (24 months) and she has 8 months remaining. Inasmuch as
Low-T posted his thread on February 28 of this year, it is a good guess that she was sold to the Chinese dude in January of 2018 (or perhaps end of December of 2017). All of last year accounts for 12 months, and January & February account for another 2 months which equals 14 months. The 8 remaining months will equal 24 months, i.e., the two years that this lass will have been in the USA.
Assuming
Low-T is "truthful" when he states, "
she is in her early 30's now", that would put her at a minimum of at least 31 years of age now (or possibly 32). So we are to believe that a 29 year old female has been "owned" by a mama-san since since she was 13 thru 29? And then owned by a "Chinese guy" when she was at least 30 to 31?
Nice try at covering up...
