And "having him in video" receiving some sex from a young lady vs having him in video soliciting some sex (for $$$) is quite another thing.

ESPN was reporting as of last Friday, the details of an arrest warrant and his cooperation with police by turning himself in on or before 2/25. the previous suggestion that he was in court today, had me convinced that he was making an appearance before an arraignment judge. now it’s looking like he might not have to appear in person at all...

the details of the two surveillance videos, described in released police reports, indicate that he had paid and tipped, before and after the sexual activity. after the first visit to the spa, his driver was stopped by police and the officer had asked Kraft for his id...giving up his Massachusetts drivers license, confirming his identity.

How can they get 165 fellas on video and it not be considered some sort of entrapment? Did they sneak cameras in? Did the Mama San know? If the girls performed acts how is that allowed? Did the ladies know? I may not be up on all the legal aspect but it seems shady to me.
As stated with a billion in the bank, come on, many other options.

He will not have any repercussions other than a few K to his lawyer and some public disdain. Think how many of the Players, Coaches, Staff, other owners can Sling rocks? He got points in many circles.
