I believe the discounted prices you quoted start after 7pm. I was there prior to 7pm.

Nobody else will track those precise times like the girls, with count-down timing like a rocket launch. I remember more than once when we went a few minutes past 11 p.m. or whatever was the cut-off time. The girl synchronized it perfectly and immediately doubled the dance fees after that minute, which of course she didn't bother to tell me until she was collecting. Like a casino, it's easy to lose track of time in VIP in particular. Many of us don't wear watches any more and nobody's going to be checking time on the phone after every dance, although that's probably a good idea. I'm not cheap, but the difference between 40 and 80 for four dances might require another trip to the expensive ATM, which I believe is still limited to $200 per withdrawal.
