Is it just me or does it seem like a lot of "sexworkers" have become less about the sex

I don't know if its just me but I'm noticing a lot of ladies providing services that don't actually involve ummmm SEX!!! I was looking at a providers page today and she was charging $200 just for a meet and greet. Thats it....

...nothing else.

Her hourly was like $600 and just continued to go up, up, up. I'm seeing an increase of activity with other things too like premium snap chat, onlyvids, etc. All of these services are just us guys...watching them--without sex involved?

When I joined this pay for play hobby; I expected to PLAY...like physically...with another party. More and more I'm seeing ladies (mostly the younger ones) doing this "watch me do me" type thing. In the past few years I've been in the hobby I've see ladied go from Full Service, Limited service, body rubs, and now essentially cam shows.

I guess I'm wondering what everyones thoughts are about this and if this is what the future is.

Just because a guy likes a quick fast food burger meal now and then doesn't mean he's given up on a sit down meal at a nice restaurant. Most guys want both and the market will cater for both these demands.

What's happening in the past 5-10 years and will continue to happen in the future is that providers are diversifying their revenue streams. In the past, there wasn't any snapchat or cam shows. In the past, it wasn't that easy to make amateur porn clips and sell it through onlyvids. Providers are just trying to make more money and ensure a stable income. So even if they don't have a lot of guys trying to meet them, they can still pay their bills through premium snapchat, cam shows etc.

Are there some ladies who prefer making money through cam shows, snap chat etc. over meeting random strange men in person? Sure and can you blame them? However there will always be plenty of providers who are willing to physically meet guys. That's my prediction of the future.

Plus it's great advertising. If a guy is subscribed to a lady's premium snapchat or watches one of her onlyvid clips, he's more likely to want to meet her in person. I've noticed some of the ladies starting Pornhub accounts, posting a few videos, and using it to drive up business.

With my job, I only have 3-4 days a month at best where I can meet friends. But, I can easily log on to a camsite after I get home from work for a couple hours. Its a great extra revenue stream.

Stuff like this is the reason I tend to stick with providers I've seen before and the occasional AMP visit.
I don't want to mess with deposits, meet n greets, paying for snapchat, 3rd party bookings, or anything like that.
I guess in a sense I'm lucky because I don't have to have a huge variety or the new flavor of the month to satisfy my hobby itch.

I guess from the provider's perspective "why not" I guess if they can get it without doing much more power to them. Just not gonna get it from me.

More and more of the real gems are submerging. Met with a real fun lady just few days ago. She specifically requested NO review. I've been having more luck with ladies with little to no history on them. txboi817, you are spot on with this observation, and this is why Backpage is missed by so many Hobbyists. Sure there was a Hustle going on by many through BP, but it wasn’t a High Dollar Courtesan (I hate that fucking word) or Anything But Sex type of Hustle.

it’s one thing for a provider to be upfront about offering this. and for a client to want to do this. more power to them!
for the provider more $$& for less work. for the client being in the close proximinty of a woman.

but, if she’s advertising and hinting that intimate activies might occur .... and then goes into “oh no, i just meet & talk” mode (w/ or w/out activity upselling), in my hobby opinion, that’s bait & switch. and not all that deliteful.

but, at least no one’s getting robbed, assaulted or assaulted/battered!

Totally agree with this post. I can't speak for everyone but for me its absolutely about having multiple streams of income. That way It's something for everyone and a little of everything for me
