It is not a respected scientific journal

Find a peer-reviewed Journal such as Archives or Annals of Psychiatry
Find a peer-reviewed study with proper Institutional review Board approval. proper enrollment and informed consent for study participants. proper data analysis and rigorous conclusions. Along with statements of confounding variables and uncontrollable study factors.
If you want to quote literature - Quote something with factual basis
